Espamob’ is a partner organization for Erasmus+ European mobility projects. We host and coordinate Erasmus+ projects for groups from various European countries, ensuring high-level expertise and a successful mobility experience in Spain.

Your Missions:
Espamob’ is dedicated to satisfying our partner schools through specialized expertise, premium service delivery, and unwavering professionalism.
You will be entrusted with several key missions to facilitate the seamless arrival of our groups:
- Commercial Management:
Mobility Development: You will be in constant contact with schools to best meet their needs (services include: accommodation, language courses, cultural activities, transport solutions, etc.).
- Administrative Management:
– Drafting contracts and quotes
– Managing Erasmus+ internship agreements
– Updating mobility information
– Translating administrative documents into various languages
– Managing the purchase of transport passes and mobility-related activities
– Creating welcome packs in collaboration with the marketing department
The success of our programs is determined not only behind a screen but in the reality of the field. In this role, you serve as the ambassador of our organization and the primary point of contact for our participants.
Your objective ?
To guarantee a smooth, safe, and high-quality immersion experience. To achieve this, a key mission will be entrusted to you:
- On-site Logistic Support:
– Greeting groups at the airport or train station
– Accompanying participants on their first day of internships
– Conducting internship evaluations

Candidate Profile
For this position, we are looking for a candidate with a 2-year higher education degree (Bac+2) and a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer relations, or business development. You are passionate about customer-centric experiences, sales, and interpersonal engagement.
