In short, once a project has been studied and the companies have been found by the Company Managers, the Project Manager Assistant takes care of the <strong>logistical <\/strong>aspect, i.e. the organization of transport, accommodation, etc.\u00a0<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#000000\" class=\"has-inline-color\">The Assistant Project Manager can also be required to draw up <strong>quotes.<\/strong> Once the quotation has been accepted by both parties, i.e. the school and Espamob, the <strong>contract<\/strong> that will launch the new project must be written.\u00a0<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#000000\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Then, once a project has been elaborated from A to Z, one of the main missions of the Project Manager Assistant will be the creation of the <strong>Welcome Packs<\/strong>.
