The key to a successful mobility program is the quality of its preparation. At Espamob, we assess and ensure that the mobility project meets all European approval requirements. We carry out a rigorous selection of host companies, taking into account the training program, group size and trainee profile.<\/p>\n

At Espamob we accompany the participants on the first day of their placement and give each of them a welcome pack, giving them all the useful information for their stay. Our proximity allows us to resolve any conflict during the course, as well as any problem related to health or well-being. We provide personal follow-up on the progress of the placement, in direct contact with the host companies.<\/p>\n
